What Parcelink does

Parcelink crews deliver and install the big things people buy for their homes: washing machines, fridge freezers, range cookers, dishwashers and furniture. Every delivery is made by two people, carried into the room the customer chooses, and, where the order includes it, connected and left working.

We deliver and install all the major appliance brands for UK retailers, so the moment a customer has been waiting for goes the way it should.

The crews

Parcelink crews are self-employed two-person teams. Each crew is trained before its first route, and every working day is assessed through our daily grading and feedback process, so standards are checked, not assumed.

How it runs

The work runs on Parcelink’s own platform: routes, crews, depots, grading and pay in one system. The network’s numbers are counted live from that system and published on our Proof Ledger.
